Privacy Policy (Personal Information Protection Policy)

Vacan,Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) regarding the protection of personal information obtained by the Company and handles personal information appropriately in accordance with the Policy.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

1. When we are requested by an individual to disclose his/her personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose such information to the individual without delay. However, if the Company decides not to disclose the information, it will notify the person to that effect without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen will be charged for each case of disclosure of personal information.

1. We will take strict technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and to prevent the leakage, loss, or destruction of personal information. In order to continuously and permanently protect personal information, we will periodically review and improve our internal rules and regulations in response to changes in laws, regulations, and social conditions.
